Scipio (nicknamed Skippy) is Reyna's pegasus. It is called after the peanut butter brand Skippy because of it's color, like peanut butter. Hazel is jealous of Reyna because Reyna has Scipio.

During Camp Jupiter's War Game, Reyna acted as referee for the game and flew around on Scipio so she could get a clear view of the Field of Mars. Later, Scipio aided Reyna in the battle between Polybotes army and Camp Jupiter by attacking Polybotes from the air.

- Scipio is named after the Roman General Scipio Africanus, who defeated Hannibal during the Punic Wars.
- He is the only pegasus that is seen in The Son of Neptune, as Blackjack was only metioned.
